exercise machine for a minimally conscious state patient

From where I can buy new or used equipment i.e.exercise machine for a minimally conscious state patient ( total disable / no motor function) with a PEG tube? I am located at Pakistan. He is 6 feet high with a very good health and very conscious but.........
He recieves a good physiotherapy and other physical movement by manual way but after 5 years we are little tired.

Actually almost no machines are made for PVS or MCS patients but at least we need a machine that can help us to give him a sit - stand position.We do it manually but this is very hard.
