how long does the uping of my meds take to work it really really burns please help

Depends on the med, but it is usually anywhere from hours, or a day, to a week-
to notice differences in symptom relief, for most meds.
If you don't see any difference, it hasn't been 'upped' strong enough, or your schedule has to be revised, or you have to change meds.
