weellll, all fingernails on my left hand are totally bitten and right hand of fingernails is long and actually strong and I feel no compulsion to even chew them. [first time in my entire life, I've had any fingernails except for the day I got married... all went downhill after that LOL! Taken me almost 10 years post marriage ending to get at least 5 fingernails. Not bad going. :o ]

The seasons aren't very distinct in my particular area. I love things about all the different times of year though I guess my preference is Summer, with late Spring a second preference.

Curious, I adore geckos. They're just adorable. Lots of them here. They eat any mosquitoes or other bugs that come in the house. They have the cutest little suction pads on the ends of their feet. I LOVE them! The baby geckos are so very tiny and fragile looking but boy, can they move fast. I've learned too that they can drop their tails like little lizards do, to keep the monster cats at bay. :eek: The tails grow back fine thank goodness. I reckon there might be a gecko in most rooms of the house here and they come out when it's cooler and darker. People will think I'm nuts but I talk to them. ::D If you make a clicking noise, like click, click, click, click, click... the geckos will click back. Maybe they think I'm a giant gecko... uh oh.
