Bizi, I had stopped the water for awhile and my face seemed to clear up from the hives. Then tonight I drank a bunch of water and my face starts to itch. I am wondering if I'm allegic to something in the water. I know that when i was into drinking a lot of bottled water I would get diarrhea every time. I hate to be a party pooper but I'm going to look into this water thing more. It could be a coiencedence too.

Dear Lizzy,
I too have a hard time jsut drinking water...so what I do is take herbal tea and put it in with my water jug that I drive around town with over night to make "sun tea" and that tastes good and then I drink warmed diet drinks at night for the comfort, light diet tropical splash, or diet cranberry juice heated up very comforting and great way to get more fluids at night when it is so easy to snack watching the tv.
all fluids count except the caffeine ones.

Water is just about the only thing I drink anymore. I have 1-2 cups of coffee in the morning then after that it is water, water, water all day long. I buy the 16.9 oz bottles of water and I bet I can drink 7-10 of those a day. I drank 3 last night between 7 and 10 pm. Plus I carry one in my purse and drink it while I am out. Of course I run to the bathroom all day long which all that water doesn't help. Come full summertime I will drink alot more than that...plus a few margaritas of course :p ...Sue
