If you should receive any PMs that are SPAM ( in any way inappropriate, solicitations, advertisements etc etc....) please would you forward them to me or admin or any of the other mods

thanks for the "heads up " and what to do if one comes along. I think I will just check my message box and then turn it off and avoid the mail for a tiny while. there was that kaneweber at o.b.t. recently. spamin all the personal boxes . you mods are doing a great job keeping this place clean and tidy.

i just want to be sure members know that we have not had any reports of spam pm's. so you don't have to turn off your pm's. just be aware if you get pm's from somebody you don't know and it has links, don't click on them.

yup just pass any of them buggers along to one of you . I have never gotten any here . :cool: but at other places I have gotten so many I hardly go there now and dont miss it at all.

a big thank you to those members who are reporting these kinds of Private Messages to us

PLEASE forward or post if you are receiving PMs from members that have links to websites or advertisements etc.....these are usually members who have zero posts and are just PMing others to send traffic to these sites. frequently the sites have absolutely nothing to do with the medical issues etc here at NeuroTalk

BJ...could you forward it to me please...just open the PM and bottom right of it you will see the "forward" button....just click that and then forward it to Chemar

yes, the ones you have forwarded me are a spammer who has been "working" here via PM and is now banned.

there is more than one person doing this kind of thing....not just on this forum but on others too.....they figure we can delete their SPAM on the boards, but not catch them in PMs..........
