This looks exciting!

What do we know about this drug? What did earlier phases reveal in the way of effectiveness and side effects? Is it being used for anything else or is this just for MS?

Anyone know anything more about this?

Thanks Sally!

Cladribine is a Chemo drug and is used as an IV for some cancers. It has forulated to a pill form and is showing some good resuts in phase 1 and phase 11 trials. It has been fast tracked by FDA and is going into it's phase 111, efficacy and safety trial It's called the Clarity Trial.

You can probably still get into the trial, if you qualify and if you want to do so. Keep in mind, that it is a Chemo drug, so there are the usuall side effects that go along with any Chemo drug. Much like Navatrone.

Thanks SallyC for the info. I'm going to be watching this trial carefully.

Hi Sally -- very nice to see you here. Thanks for posting the Clarity info. I especially like that it's not an infusion. More options . . . :-)
