I find this more depressing then before , going before review again in 3 years. I have permanent lung dammage, severe sleep apnea ,narcolepsy ,AF, uncontrolled BP,cronic pain, HBP,surgeries to both my ankles ,knees, asthma allergies.
Now I have developed diabetes type II, with peripheral neuropathy, psoriasIS,hives, distorted vision, carpal tunnel.

I see doctors but i guess not enough to make SS happy . Most doctors once they diagnose the problem and because of past history ,they cant do much .so they give me the boot they dont need to see me unless i have new questions.
As the pain management doc said anybody can give you pain pills to manage your pain ,or treat your BP,u dont need a specialist .
All this has all been documented over the years . How do I explain I am now worse than before but have less doctors treating me? I now have diabetes which i have been treated for infections 3 times.i have to be more carefull what i do . even paper cuts can bring it on.I need dental work and the dentist has concerns. Should i be worried?

What do you think liam?

Hi Johnny and welcome to NeuroTalk.

I don't think Liam comes here to NeuroTalk. I don't know if he still posts over on Brain Talk.

You've got three years until review. Just keep good records of everything and make sure all diagnosis are kept.

I think I have a ok family Doctor , who advises me in the more humane to treat things ,such as he refuses to give xrays , Mris , because he does not want to radiate me . or to may tests fear of contamination. He still charges full price on visits ,but i always come awaqy with advice rather than a prescription he frowns on that too much medication causes other problems .

Comparing him to other docs hes hesitant to try something new , he was even cautious in giving me vitamion B.

But this SS does not like this i hear from people i speak too, they like files that doctors prescribe more medication then the size of patient .

He hates to send me to experts ,so you see the dilemma

what to do ? I dont want to upset the doc ?

I just know what he tell me

Reason why i am concerned

Should I **** off the doctor and see others even though the diagnosis are the same ?

thankyou for all the information
God Bless

I say stick with what you know. If your doc is giving you good advice, I'd stick with him. He knows you better than anybody.

it sounds like your not happy with your treating doctor. actually I'd be a bit leery of a doctor that didn't order x ray or MRI when needed. THE decision is yours
