I have one and have been using it for about 3 weeks now. My wife bought it to help me with my ALS condition. I am a skeptic and would never have bought it, but now that it is here, I use it.
It cost about $2,000. I researched it on the web before she bought it, and found two camps...the skeptics .....and the believers. On the sites that sell such machines, you will find great claims. But there is no real evidence that it works for ALS....or anything.
Anyway, I'm using it. In the last three weeks I have had no improvement.
