Hi there Newbie here

Hi I have never posted before so this is a quick intro. I have recently been diagnosed with mild Peripheral Nueropathy, I am in my late thirties and have two small kids, so I am a little scared of what is in store for me.

I am looking forward to sharing the journey and would invite any feedback on what to do and what not to do as I start this new road.
