Hello. My name is Frank and I am a newbie. I have just been recently diagnosed as having ALS. I am a family man with three small children and I have a positive attitude. I just got some more hope when I just read that there is a possibility of Lyme Disease. I am going to have that checked out. Right now the symptoms I have are twitching of the arms and legs, slurred speech, leg drags a little. I have weakness in right side in hand, arm and leg. Sometimes the hand improves a little and then reverts back. I have a slight difficulty in swallowing but it hasn't gotten worse. Right now I am using glyconutrients which I just started.:)

It's very nice to meet you! Welcome to the NeuroTalk forums. I'm sorry to hear about the problems you're having. I sure hope they find a way to fix you up, or at least treat you effectively.
