chiari malformation and celiac diseaese

My son was diagnosed at 2 with acm since has had non related tumors removed but now at age 8 has celiac. Is there anlink 2 the 2 diagnosrs. Thanks in advance.

Hi, Dont know about a link between chiari and coeliac, but my daughter has a lot of food intolerances, and gets pain and bloating from eating dairy, gluten, yeast and other foods... she has been tested for coeliac but the test came back negative. I do think that cm/sm sufferers can have digestive issues and sluggish bowel issues, prob from the syrinx I would guess!
