I am looking for a recumbent tricycle (tadpole style) for exercise therapy and transportation.

:) Take a look here for some tadpole trikes! (http://www.bicycleman.com/recumbents/catrike/catrike.htm)
The cheapest "new" tadpole trike I've seen is at least $1200+
I'm also planning to buy one. :)

We have a trike for sale...first $700 buys it, but its not near that light weight. It is a recumbant though...it fits in the rear of the van with the third seat removed. I don't know how to post a picture here of it.

I am interested in the trike but need to know the make and model. You say it is heavy. About how heavy but I do not need that info if it is an advertized brand that is not modified.
