Candida Treatment

Interestingly my blood tests today showed high levels of candida. Will talk with doc about next week when we discuss tests.

And I have to say that this all over body skin irritation does feel like a yeast infection all over my body.

Anyone have any suggestions about natural methods to reeuce candida.

I have to tell ya I had never even heard of candidia until MS came along. I went to a homeopathic dr first and man mine was off the charts......
I had to go off all yeast, gluten, sugars, (no juices or fruits even) I had this way way out there special diet to follow. He also did allergy tests and the food I was allergic to was up believable. I did the treatments and diet and supplments for 3 months and never felt any better.I was taking 38 supplments a DAY. I was misserable.

I finally went to the PCP about the candidia infection and took a whole months worth of diflucan. I was so much better off. But then I returned to eating what ever I wanted and I fear it may be high again. I should have stayed clear of the yeast and stuff.........but I love bread!!!!

I would just read that stuff Jo posted for ya and do your homework thats the most important thing we can do for ourselves......

by far the most effective treatment I have found for Candida is the supplement CANDIDA CLEAR by NOW

There is also a great book called The Yeast Syndrome by John Trowbridge and Morton Walker. Even has recipes etc. Really helpful
