Yes the timing drives me mad. Hard to spot a pattern.
I have noticed one thing that may be a clue or may simply be another symptom. I have a simple little biofeedback thingie that graphs three variables - heart rate, skin conductivity, and heart rate variability. The latter provides a peek at the autonomic nervous system and when I'm Off it is a flatline. But when I start to come On it begins to show signs of life that increase up to normal levels as I do.
What it means I have no idea.
