Hi :) Yes, I practice Tang Soo Do. I was beginning to prepare for my black belt exam when the TN hit full force. I still teach, but haven't done much working out in a while. Been practicing about 10 years. How about you?

Sorry Jan that I'm not a chatter. I think my problems go back to the fact that my phone line is barely better than two tin cans and a string. Once I got my modem slowed down enough to cope with the over hill and dale rural third rate service I found that many things are just too slow - since my only power is what the sun puts my way and I'm not able to just hang in there on line. But I'll pm you an email address and you can catch me and get a (sort of) prompt answer. It will be more prompt when I get through the next couple of days which are already overstuffed with gottas. Thank you :) I felt much better after seeing your responses. Feeling kind of alone in general - left my husband (a good thing), living alone, and my parents, who I am very close to, just moved 3 hours away. It's good to know, though, that friendship and support is just a click away :D
