I have checked out MANY MANY books from the library and I really like Conquering Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and other Repetitive Strain Injuries by Sharon Butler.
It breaks down everything in easy terms: the problem area/ appropriate stretches, occupation/ what kind of exercises you should do in order to ward off injuries, and most importantly: how it should feel when you are doing these stretches and exercises.
