Hi mrsd!
I meant to do this before now, but of course, forgot. We were discussing something on another thread, and Kimmydawn had a question on supplements. I forgot that she didn't know you were the supplement guru/expert, and THAT'S why I am posting this for her. (Now I better PM her, huh?)
