Wonderful Weekend~

Hows everybody doing today? I woke up with a sick headache and have only went to the grocery store. I got lots of fruit to fill up on. I didn't even go on the ilse with ice cream on it. Thats the only way I can control what I eat.

We've been getting rain for a change and that has cooled things off. Is anyone loosing weight? I gained some of mine back, so its back on the horse again. I did buy a mag. yesterday on some things to eat and loose. I haven't read it tho.

Have a good weekend and come in and post, so we'll know you are alive and kicking........!

We got up early and went to a junk yard this morning- they used to have it nice and organized by car type- now there all mixed and hard to find the parts plus very messy now too! It's the kind where you pull your own parts that you want.
We found a few things we could use so it wasn't a total waste but we won't go back anymore.
Stopped at a few garage sales on the way home, no big bargains there either LOL.

not hungry today. which won't be a good thing. i'm sure i will make up for it tonight. :o

stress today. i knew it was coming, just hoping it wouldn't. grandmokey's mother promised and promised us she would start paying us for his support starting the 7th. never pay later than the 7th. we haven't heard from her in a week.

this needless to say is screwing him up. i have a conference with his teacher and vice principal on monday.

Sorry I've been away this week. Very crazy trying to pack my life to move it back to OH. I'll be through security in 12 hours and back home in 16 or so.

I'm online to avoid packing up the suitcases. I had an awesome day today. MS monthly group meeting. Sure gonna miss these fine folks. Then a few of us went to lunch. I had an awesome omlette w/ green chilis and hashbrowns. I am just getting hungry again and it's been 8 hours. It was SO good. One thing I learned to love out here in Denver is spicy food.

Been drinking water, but the food has been bad choices all week. I will do better starting Monday. I plan to shop healthy and walk a bit daily.

We are getting ready to go to the frog festival today...racing frogs is alot of fun to watch the kids and do ourselves!

Hi Everyone!

I ran out of chocolate yesterday and decided not to buy anymore so that's a start in my weight loss plan. I do need to work on the water issue though.

I am having these terrible snack attacks. And I'n not hankerin' for an apple when I get them. We have Weight Watchers frozen ice cream bars and Skinny Cow bars so I eat them but that's not good either. I try to excercise but everything hurts the footsies. So I guess I should tell Mike to stop buying the treats.

Poor Nancy, I get wanting to eat too! As long as I got fruit and filling things, I am ok, but let me run out and I go right for candy or ice cream. I'm eating some corn chips now. I am a hopeless case!:rolleyes::eek:

My hubby and I competed in the frog racing contest...it was alot of fun and the best news is that My hubby won 1st place in the adult division!
He has a very large trophy to prove it!
and then the smithsonian institute was there doing a documentary on festivals and interviewed him!!!!!
