Has anyone asked their doc if the flu vaccine is necessary if one takes Amantadine? I have a problem with the ethyl-mercury preservative, thimerosal, that is still used in multiple dose vials of flu vaccine, and obtaining single dose vaccine preparations was difficult last year.
