It's a very generous offer. I am wondering, though, and others might, too: Do you have a photo of the actual chair? I mean, you mentioned that it needs a little cleaning, so it'd be good to see the condition of the actual chair and also what you think a "reasonable offer."

Not trying to be difficult here, but hoping with a bit more info. things could not only work out for you but also work out well for someone else (and asking the type things I'd want to know if I were looking for a chair right now).

I'll get some pictures of the actual chair up tomorrow. As for a "reasonable offer," I would like to get $1,200 for this chair, but it also depends on the person's need and situation.

Seat cushion is "Saddle" by The Comfort Company (www.comfortcompany.com). Retail about $200.
Height from base of seat to floor is 15-3/8"
Chair does not have anti-tip bars
Wheels are 20" with aluminum hand guides
Front casters are about 6"
