Hi all,
We returned late Sunday night from a perfectly wonderful week in Montego Bay, Jamaica. We were pampered for the week and had gourmet meals each night.
We floated in the lazy river at the water park, went to the bird sanctuary, went down the waterslide on a tube, kayaked in the ocean and listened to some great reggae music. It was heavenly!
I felt good while there, sleeping late each morning, and getting lots of sunshine, though I stayed in the shade to keep from burning.
It was like I had a break from MS almost, it was fabulous and I feel so fortunate. :)
Now that I'm back home in N. Illinois, my fatigue, stiffness and pain has returned with a vengeance. I slept until noon today and just sit here playing Scrabble Blast on the computer. I worked Monday and Tuesday but I was exhausted.
I was assuming my energy and good mood would stay with me and last until springtime. Back to the same old, same old. :cool:
I feel so lucky that I was able to have such an enjoyable week with DH in the Caribbean. I wish we could move there!
I'll have pics uploaded by the weekend I hope.
