Survey for the International Celiac Symposium

Cynthia has sent out this request for our help. This survey is for all of us - gluten intolerant or celiac disease. Cynthia will be speaking at the Symposium in November. I am happy to say I will be attending the Clinical Forum part of this meeting. If you have not looked at the program, please do. That survey is very close to the one they did before. It'll be interesting to see the results of this one.

I filled mine out. If I had gotten the survery 3 months ago, I would have answered it differently. I now no longer trust the "gluten free" label as I found I reacted to something supposedly gluten free that had brown rice syrup in it. It sounded innocent enough, until I had to wrack my memory that some brown rice syrup is made with barley malt. You just never know!
