I've been reading some encouraging news about the benefits of Ginsing. Can anyone tell me where one gets Ginsing, how much one takes and is it expensive? Thanks

I've been taking two of the Korean species (648 mg) a day... first thing and then about 4 PM... I'm 185 lbs. I've noticed a little light-headedness every now and then, but it seems to be on days that I'm not fully rested...

I've been taking P.Ginseng in the mornings for about six months and it does seem to help provide a bit more energy. It can be purchased at just about any pharmacy.
