A poem i wrote....

I wrote this a few months ago when i was having a really bad day!

THE SUN SHINES BRIGHT-BUT I JUST DONT FEEL RIGHT.
THE RAIN MAY FALL-SOMETIMES I THINK I HEAR GODS CALL.

YET I WONT GIVE IN TO IT ALL!! I WONT GIVE UP THIS FIGHT..EVEN THOUGH
SOMETIMES I THINK I MIGHT!!

THE PAIN MAKES ME FEEL LIKE A PRISONER!!I CALL OUT AND NO-ONE HEARS!
SOMEBODY ,PLEASE HELP ME MAKE IT DISSAPPEAR!!!

THIS MONSTER SEEMS TO GROW BIGGER EACH YEAR!!
I AM LIVING IN FEAR!!!
I CALL OUT AND NO-ONE CAN HEAR~

I think writing poetry is a great way to explore our feelings...especially when we are having those "bad days". I used to write the scariest poetry...filled with black bile...LOL...today I don't even like to remember how badly I felt but I still recommend it .....get those feelings out...dig deep..it helps!! writing the feelings down sure is therapy in its own way.

That was good, Kell. Really. Because it was so expressive! I don't know how I missed seeing it earlier, but I'm glad I saw it today...:)

I didn't know you wrote poetry. Let's hear some more...:D

You KNOW there are people who do listen to you, and care. But I know it's hard to remember it sometimes. Just don't ever forget it for too long, okay?

I am ok.I wrote this a couple of months ago..
Even though i still have no answers for myself.I ,for now have come to a more accepting place with it all...
I used to write alot when i was younger.My girl is always telling me i should pick up a pen and give it try,so that day i did.
It warmed my heart to read these replies:)
