I saw it, and I feel bad, 'cause I'm not really sure what to say. Nsgs have their own specific areas of sub-specialty, usually, and since I haven't dealt with an arachnoid cyst personally, I don't know who would be the best to see. :( Too bad, too, since they're not far from me.
