I have 2 of them, one is clogged with minerals or lime. We have hard water here and I'm trying to figure out how to unclog it. One I could clean manually but the otherone I can't get inside to clean. Any suggestions?? I Love both of them. One is a waterfall with nature sounds and the other is just a rock waterfall.

Wiix, I took it apart. Maybe you could change it like you do a drip coffee maker, with vingar (or vinegar & water mixed). But afterwards, run water thru it a couple times, to get rid of the smell. ????? Use baking soda to get off the stains.
