Hi everyone. i'm new to this particular forum. i'm currently on an alcohol reduction programe after letting myself get messed up with drink after 10 years dry. :(
i see an alcohol counselor on the 9th of September and i guess we'll take it from there? sorry but i don't know what else to say atm...except i hope you are all doing well and if anybody needs additional support please don't hesitate to pm me ok?
