How are ya, babes?? :) I gained a whole freakin' pound last week :o :rolleyes:, but I think this week is going better. Two more days...We'll see. Had a truly fattening b-day dinner, but at least I'm (mostly! :D ) succeeding at behaving myself.

Never schedule doc appointments on Mondays...

They take forever...:rolleyes: So,I've decided to become a hump-day doc appointment goer instead..(Of course one of the appointments I sked'd today was an NS consult...might have to clear the afternoon for that one..made the mistake of having a Monday appt..and a stressful one at that,last year.
