I hope it is alright to post this here. If I am breaking any rule, please forgive me. This is an awesome opportunity for any MS'ers living in Central Massachusetts who want to enjoy a free massage and Svaroopa Yoga session. I know that massage makes me always feel so much better and I rarely can afford one living on a disability pay. I also have tried a Svaroopa Yoga class and was so pleasantly surprised that it wasn't the twisted pretzel type of yoga, but was a gentle and very beneficial yoga that my MS spastic body felt great afterwards!
I am posting the flyer for all those who live in the area and might be interested in checking it out.
Come and celebrate National Yoga Day on Saturday, January 24th from Noon to 4pm at YOGA&more at the Sprinkler Factory, Worcester, MA.
Pamper yourself with free Yoga and Massages. Donations are graciously accepted to benefit the YWCA Daybreak Resources for Battered Women. Schedule:
· 45 minute Svaroopa Yoga Class offered on the hour
· 10 minute massages offered throughout the day
· Display of Clothesline Project T-shirts in 2nd Floor Gallery
· Airing of video of the "Making of a Shirt" for the Clothesline Project,
sponsored by Rape Crisis, also in the Gallery
