Recently I have been woken up by my boyfriend because of a dream. It is usually a bad dream, and you can tell because my whole body is jerking. Mostly in my chest, also I do talk in my sleep (a little). But when I get like this, these Night Tremors, I'll sit up in bed and I'll start to scream or yell what I am saying in my dreams.

This has been going on for about a month, and I seem to have them every night. I don't know what causes them, nor how to stop them. Someone please help me, I'm also only 17 y/o.

I can relate to that! Last night I dreamed my husband was picking spiders off me! I HATE spiders!

One of the meds I take for MS has disturbing dreams as a known side effect. Could yours be due to any drugs you are taking?
