Mind you, this is the PM doc WC chose for me.:Speechless:

I think it's pretty much standard operating procedure:(... esp if it isn't going the way they {wc} want the case to go.

I hope your atty makes sure to get a copy of the deposition in case anything needs to be clarified for your side of the claim.

I'm not sure what WC is trying to accomplish, Dew, but I would relax a bit knowing that WC will be hard pressed to say that you are not disabled when the federal government says that you are
