Can't swap themes?

I am stuck in the tulip theme, every time I swap out it acts like it's loading the new theme but it just reloads the Tulip theme, is there anything you can do to help me? I want the blue default...

Try to change your theme at the main index page (Forums home)

If that won't work, try your CP options.

Sometimes the themes won't save, if you are on other screens.

yes, as mrsD explained, it will only change correctly if you are doing it from the main NT page
