Good early-morning, all...legs not happy, so I'm checking here.Sandy, our prayers continue for your mom. Hope the improvement continues.Vonn, please know that you'll be in our thoughts and prayers. You sure have a heavy boulder to push uphill

Sarah,glad the massage helped. Do those stretching exercises...they help.

Kitty, sorry to hear you're on more meds.

My DS and DDIL are moving today...I made some sloppy joes and banana bread. I am going to be on the receiving end, helping unpack.
I'm considering not having bladder surgery. I'm going to call the neuro Monday about it. I am worried that the surgery will make my fatigue worse, and I can't function as it is right now. I am not happy about this...
Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Good Morning! Beautiful day here today. Looks like this will be our last nice, warm weekend for a while.

DS has plans at the lake with friends today so I will have the house to myself....again!

Debbie, those meds aren't new. I just needed refill rx's for them. Needed my blood checked to see if the thyroid med is the correct strength.

Nothing much planned for today. I'll probably go back to bed here in a little while and get my "good sleep" for the day!

Everyone enjoy your Sunday!

Sandy - That is great news! I hope she continues to improve.

Vonn - Hang in there! I am sorry about the hand you are being dealt right now. I wish I could do more for you. I will continue to keep you in my prayers.

Supermoo - 's for you too and hoping you feel better soon.

Fin - Hope you are doing OK.

Sarah - Sounds like she is a keeper. I am glad the massages are helping you out.

Barb - It's Saturday!!!! I hope you get to rest and relax this weekend. What movie are you going to see this weekend? I know I have said this before but you always give such good reviews. DD19 has been here on and off helping me out and we saw the trailer for Planet 51. May sound funny but I really want to see that movie. It looks funny.

Kelly - I like my "good sleep" too. Enjoy your nap.

Debbie - That was so sweet of you to make the sloppy joes and banana bread. What a good mom you are.

I am not sure what I am going to do today. I don't want another slug day as I hate just laying around. I got a call back from the neuro's office. MRI Monday morning and then see the NP (who is awesome) right after the MRI. Of course, I will be somewhat doped up when I meet with her.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Good Morning everyone! We are having great weather here this weekend -- sunny and high 60s.

Kelly -- Please let me enjoy Saturday before you tell us to enjoy Sunday. I like the weekends to go as slow as possible. Hope you are having a good nap!

Tricia -- Hope the MRI does not show any new lesions! That is great that they were able to get you in for one fairly quickly. Actually, I am not planning on going to a movie this weekend. The weather is so nice today, so I am going with a friend to Amish countryside -- only about 45 minutes from here -- to buy some apples, cheese, etc. Tomorrow, I need to grade and prepare for my grad class on Monday. It has been awhile since I have been to a movie.

Debbie, Hope the move goes well for your kids. I am sorry that you are still struggling with fatigue so much. I think I asked this before, have you considered provigil? I have actually been too afraid to try it myself

good morning,

wow, extreme pain last night, I was in tears!! back just so sore, so spasms, so actually too a bit tingling stuff feeling... neck thru lower back.

Hoping the massage did not make this worse, do not think so just think in day things feel much better and by night creeps and pain.

I was really struggling with wanting to live with this crappola...just was wanting peace!

better with it today, pain in morning, but I did do a 60min yoga, that was for longevity, in case I DO want to live in pain for many more years lol....no it was good relaxing type yoga...and good stretches too. Felt good!!

now about to shower, maybe take girls for short walk, or to play outside.. chilly but sun is bright. Later church this afternoon, two of the kids alter serve. Then taking two of the older girls bowling I think, not sure I will bowl... as my back is still feeling rough!

hugsss all, sarah (hoping if I decide to try cymbalta it will make the pain less and help this crap) tonight maybe I will take a tramadol.. think I will even if not too much pain...hope that helps some.

Sandy, that is awesome news! Hope she keeps improving!

Sarah, sorry to hear about the rough night

Vonn, Ugh! Sorry to hear that everything's still wonky with the disability stuff.

Trish, best of luck with the MRI.

Everyone,

~~~~~~
Planning on swinging by the art show my guild peeps are doing. Missed the deadline for entry when I was sicker than a dog last month. I'm ok with it.
I can't do 5+ hours for three days in a row right now. Been in uber pain the past two, so kinda glad I didn't do this. Plus it's looking like a beautiful day out there.
Getting some new ideas for art stuff, which is cool. Plan on working on getting the house rearranged and ready for Thanksgiving company. Week long project with lots and lots of breaks.
Debating on doing the tried and true way when I'm finally done with this book. Novel length story now, and still have some rewrites to do. Might try knocking on some agents' doors or self publish. Pros and cons for either one. At least with trying to take it easy, I had time to research.
Take care everyone!
Sandy, Avelox, levaquin and one other antibiotic (forgot the name) can all cause similar problems. I had to take my mom to ER this summer after she had been on avelox. Her legs were hurting so badly she could barely walk. My younger sis also had problems with levaquin after taking it several times in one year-- hurt her Achilles and was on crutches for about a month.
Had a nice time out -- bought cheese, apples, and few xmas gifts.
Evening, all. The move went well...DIL and DS had it very well organized. My eldest son brought along some dollies on wheels, which made it go so much easier. Their new apartment is tiny, but cheap, which is important, since he's part time and a student, and she just quit her job But, oh am I sore!
Sandy, hope Jim's feeling a bit better. Isn't it also Cipro that can cause tendon rupture? Let us know how you're all doing. Sounds like your mom is returning to the world
Fin, keep on plugging away at your writing...you get an atta girl!
Barb, hope you're enjoying this beautiful Indian Summer!
Sarah, I get a fibro attack just like you're describing if the massage therapist massages too deeply. The therapist I go to knows not to knead too hard.
It really sounds like you have fibro, hon. Cymbalta will help with neuro pain...I take it instead of gabapentin/neurontin.
Wiz, my fingers are crossed for you!! And hope DS is getting better!!
Well, DH and I have to decide what to have for dinner...we're both kind of tuckered out, but we have to eat...
Have a wonderful rest of the weekend!!
