I already did learn that Petunias have a specific need for iron, and so I use Miracle grow pelleted fertilizers for this reason.
I have to keep my toonies going in flats for vacation, and some do yellow. With the Miracle Gro pellets, this doesn't happen, and they kept for me until late July in their flats... a new record.
