Abs are the made in the kitchen. If you have fat there then sit ups and crunches doesn't do you any good.

I do reverse sit ups by raising my hips in a roll up keeping my back safe, I do 100 of these which about kill me. and before that I do a "plank" stance where I am resting on my elbows and hold a straight leg push up(hold for 60 seconds)...I guess it is a yoga movement. It strengthens my core muscles.
I am starting to see definition of my abs. I just started doing leg presses for the first time this week. I press 100 pounds for 30 times tonight.
that is the only leg exercise that I am doing. I have focused on my upper body since I started working out in march.
I had a right shoulder injury and had 2 months of PT that is why I joined the gym to improve my shoulder, it is stable now.
I waas going faithfully 3 times a week, since it started getting colder I have been going 2x a week which is terrible!!
