Default Partially Favorable Decision

Have anybody received a "partially favorable decision"? If so, my question is when you received you decision letter fromt he ALJ, did it contain the "new" onset date???? Or, did you find that date out in you award letter weeks later? Thanks for any help

The award letter would be based on the ALJ decision. So whatever onset decision was made by the ALJ, that date would be used to compute date of entitlement which would be shown in the award letter. Don't forget there is a five month waiting period after onset date before SSDI entitlement date.

Thanks Janke. What I really wanted to know is when I receive the "partially favorable" decision from the ALJ in the mail, will it contain the new "onset date"? Thanks for you help

Any favorable or partially favorable ALJ decision will include an onset date. Otherwise it couldn't be favorable or partially favorable.
