My Mood:
Default But its just allergies, come on in.

UGH! dont you hate that?

I saw my electrolysis person who does close up work on my face. She was snuffly and snorty, and didnt seem to feel good. I heard all sorts of bells ringing to just reschedule, but did i? oh no! I plopped right down on her table, and let her touch all over my face for an hour. I got up and thought. "what did I do?" and when I got to the car, I used an antibacterial wipe, and went home to wash my face, brush my teeth, used a neti pot to rinse my nose, and crossed my fingers I was safe. She said "this happens every year, and its just allergies, its safe, come on in."

So, yesterday I went into sleeping fits, and nodded on and off all day feeling poorly. Thinking I was overwhelmed with my heavily schedule I allowed myself the day to rest. This morning I woke to find...I HAVE IT! UGH! My throat is sore, my eyes feel swollen, im feverish, coughing, aching, sinus are swollen and puffy.

I am going to have to have a serious talk with her about the meaning of immune compromised, but I have only myself to blame. its hard to get an appointment with her, and while my head said RUN AWAY! my legs stayed put and allowed the service. Now if she was cutting my hair so what, but touching my face allows any virus right on in. UGH!

What can you do other than wrap yourself in protective bubble wrap that is sprayed with disinfectant. now I get to suffer thru a long hard week of appointments. UGH!
