I had my hearing on march 29,2012. The VE testified that i could not do any jobs d/t my mental illness, but the judge want me to have a CE even though I already had one about a year ago. Also I have been seeing my psych doctors for 2 years now. Is this a bad sign for me?

I don't think that a CE evaluation is necessarily bad news. Hopefully, you've had your psych docs complete a Mental Residual Functional Capacity Form and a Psychiatric Review to counter anything the CE says.
