Thanks to all who asked about or safety. the tornado hit about 5 or so miles from us. I was at work when it all went down. Getting over 100 elderly people off second and third floors with no electricity is no easy task

Rebecca was here at the house by herself and our cell phone and electric and internet went out while we were talking. She was scared to say the least.

Sending hugs and prayers out to all my friends here.... I'm not doing well right now. Still digging crap out of my past and its so painful.... so very very painful.... sigh.......

Oh my. Glad you checked in then.
Had no idea something so terrible had happened there today. I've not had the tv on today.
Glad you are SAFE but know you're doing it tough.

Went to read world news.

Not really sure of what happened in your particular area but you sound as if you've been dealing with a really awful situation.

goofy, I hate it that you are having to "relive" all that. Please remember that you aren't alone....HE is always by your side.
And I was really scared when they broadcast last nite on the national news that the tornado was right there...in your town.

..... i hate this..... i thought i was done with all this crap...... the closet has been cleared, the cobwebs removed. once i get through this there should be no more.... i'm so lucky to have a super psychologist that truly cares.

and lucky to have people here who understand..... yeah had to put away all my sharp stuff and rick emptied out the medicine cabinet. he also put a lock on our back door that leads to the garage since all his wood working machines are there.

i've pretty much hit bottom again. and this time i hit hard.

need to take my super goofy picture off. super anything, i am not....

I'd say you are still SUPER GOOFY!!!

You knew what needed to be done and you made sure those steps have been taken. I admire you for that.... I'm not that strong. All of those things still surround me...and I can't even make the phone call to my psychiatrist when I know I probably should.

You are stronger than you think!!! We are here for you... just remember to breathe in, breathe out, and repeat.

I agree with Abbie...you are super dear lady. I can't imagine how hard it must be to face those demons..so glad Jimmie is helping. Huge hugs and many prayers. You can do this and will come out the other side....free!!!
