Trophy DIL got her PhD!!!

My DIL defended her PhD on Wednesday and did well...so she is now a Doctor of animal sciences.
What makes us even prouder is she did this while working full time!! She is unbelievable and we are very proud of her.
DS34 received his a couple of years ago He works for the government on fuel cell technology, but they will move to Colorado this summer. He misses teachiing, so got an associate professorship at Colorado School of Mines.

Two smart people...wonder if their kids will be drooling idiots...in fact, we worried about him when he was little...he DID drool a lot and was "weird". When we went to his first kindergarten conference, the teacher welcomed us by stating, "you have a genius!" We said, "You probably have the wrong student in mind..."

That is great news! There can't be much more satisfying than knowing your children are raised, self-sufficient and able to care for themselves. It also sounds like DS and DIL are going to help others in this world which is even better. Kudos.
