Default Permanent Ponytail Feeling

Hi
Does anyone suffer with tight head symptoms. I have the feeling like I have a tight ponytail but I don't have a ponytail and have short hair. I have had this feeling for a number of months and it seems to be getting worse.

I'm going to steal your way of describing it. Every so often my scalp and the skin on my forehead feel like the skin is too tight. Not painful, not tingly, just tight and maybe borderline numb. Ponytail. Yup, I'm stealing that.
