mspennyloafer Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2010 Location: ga Posts: 1,408	sauna? anyone here gotten relief from going in a sauna semi-regularly i think combining this with strengthening might be good for me obv not when im flared up, the flare test is if i love ice, then im flared __________________ last felt my fingertips august 2010* .
