Default Hello

First post at any forum. Usually just read them. Reason is:
Been Bipolar with fatigue, anxiety, depression, anhedonia, adhd, depression, cognition with memory recall problems for 20 years. Not treated for first 8. Was on carbamazepine and effexor for 8 (both are crap), no depression but other symptoms persisted, cognition was worse. Last 4 have been an experimental phase with Lithium as base at 800 mg.
I finally "cured" myself with Lithium, modafinil, stabalon, hydergine and donepezil. If I am at 20% now was operating at 70%. Anger, Fatigue, memory problems, depression, anxiety all gone! Learnt drawing in 3 weeks, wowed people by sketching them, started engaging with people... Actually felt alive and active. Then "God" sent another gift and symptoms of SJS started appearing after 3 months. So I had to stop modafinil.
Back to 20%. Fatigue has become my main concern with excessive sleepiness and tiredness.
So reason I post here is first hopefully I help someone else, 2. I need to win against this so I need help. Pdocs are essentially useless.
I'm trying wellbutrin again, but its not the same as provigil, Ritalin is not good (too harsh, addictive). Amantadine might be an option... Dont want to try any SNRI, SSRI as these I think are poison. Would prefer dopaminergic or ones with a more diffuse mode of action. Something that activates the OREXIN system is obviously what I need...
BTW Stabalon is excellent for anxiety and depression (in my case)..
