Shocked Newbie with recent subarachnoid hemorrhage

Hello All, and thank you for being here.
I've just been released from the hospital after experiencing a SAH ten days ago. uring that time I pretty much slept (drugged, Depakote), and now I fing myself home alone, afraid, and with nobody to talk to. I have a million questions: such as: Do I need to stay in bed now? Can I bend over? Can I unload the dishwasher or run the sweeper? Do I dare drive again? I'm so spacey and forgetful - It feels like I've lost my ability to communicate. My eyes are playing tricks on me. I can not sleep. And my head still hurts something awful! Is this normal? Am I going to re-bleed and die if I clean my dirty house??
