Question Novocaine Injection Question

I have severe, 24/7 shoulder, neck/spine, head, and face pain, which I've endured for 9 years now. I done a multitude of steroid epidurals, facet injections, trigger point injections, etc. The one thing I've noticed, besides the fact that none of the above mentioned have ever worked at all, is that the novocaine that the docs inject before the epidurals does provide me with about 6 actual pain-free hours. Is it possible/are there any doctors who can give a patient daily novocaine injections? If so, how much would such a procedure cost?
