Dizziness and fatigue are common concussion symptoms. Sometimes, the Epley maneuver can help with the dizziness. You can even find a video of it on YouTube. Some people have been successful doing it at home. A hearing and balance center can also be able to help you.
Your vision/eye movement is not descriptive enough. Can you explain more about that symptom?
A common problem from mTBI is called nystagmus. It is where the eye does not scan from side to side smoothly.

Added L-Tryptophan and successfully stopped all paroxetine after 3 months of tapering down
