Default could this be an Aneurysm?

i suffered a concussion by hitting my head in the back left part in Febuary. a CT scan was negative but a couple months later i did drugs(cocaine) and drank and since then i have a sharp pinching headache that comes and goes during the day and i didnt have it until my late night bender where i hit my head originally. could it be a aneurysm poking out or maybe just my concussion acting up. im hoping its only a headache

also what are the tell tale signs in your vision you may have an aneurysm?

Generally with an annie there are no signs unless its large n pressing on a nerve or the brain or it has ruptured. Ur best bet is to speak with ur Dr explaining ur headaches and have another scan. Cocaine is a nasty drug that will do u untold amount of damage. Best to steer clear of it. a concussion only lasts a short amount of time and depending on the severity of the consussion, will heal within a few days - week.
At the end of the day u are better to speak with ur Dr about ur concerns.
