I am working to get to 206 by the end of June. I'm at 213 right now.

So I will report back as to how I'm doing. I am just off the track right
now.

Default Research about how much water we need each day.

Hi,

This article says there is no scientific requirement that we drink eight glasses of water a day:

Quote:
Let go of the water bottle. You're plenty hydrated, people

A new editorial in an Australian public health journal is the latest to bust the widely-repeated health myth we need to guzzle 64 ounces, or eight 8-ounce glasses, of water each day just to stave off dehydration. Actually, we get enough fluids to keep our bodies adequately hydrated from the foods we eat and the beverages we drink -- even from caffeinated drinks like coffee and tea.

Quote:
But doesn't gulping down water help with weight loss? Kind of: It's true that drinking a high volume of water has been shown to work as an appetite suppressant, but consuming foods with high water content -- like watermelon, lettuce or grapefruit -- results in more weight loss than eschewing more foods for more (and more and more) water, writes the author of the Australian editorial, Spero Tsindos, of the department of dietetics and human nutrition at La Trobe University in Victoria. We've also heard that drinking lots of water helps ward off kidney stones and UTIs, but studies have shown that's only true for those who are prone to recurring episodes of either condition.

Dear Waves,

I see in your signature that you were able to modify your diet by reintroducing spices.

That is good progress. Lots of hugs.

My diet consists of mostly cooking with coconut oil, eggs, rice veggies water and turkey. I eat a lot of raw salmon maybe 4 times a month with ikura (I'm addicted), but my vitamin D is low!! I don't get it! I guess I need more sun?

I have low blood pressure total cholesterol is 168 mg/dl
LDL is around 80 mg
HDL is 70mg
triglyceride is 41mg

I was doing insanity and heavy cardio and limiting food intake for about a month and a half. Suddenly I got extreme fatigue that's been lasting for 3 weeks and my thighs feel weak. So I started taking some D3/Calcium supplements and hope to feel better soon.

HI there, sounds like you are really focused. are you trying to lose weight?I bet you have been successful.
Do you have bipolar? just asking because I went on a diet craze last year lost 30 pounds and ended up having a fall due to carelessness and broke my collar bone. Becareful and make sure you are eating enough, they recommend at least 1200 calories a day, more depending upon what your current weight is.
I am just guessing that you are dieting...maybe you are not.
I hope you feel stronger soon. good luck!
I was reading some of your older posts did you ever get a diagnosis for the tingling and pins and needles feelings, you thought that it may be peripheral neuropathy?
just curious.
