That is a good idea Lit love. I will try this. I also got an appointment with the GI dr. next week. I was reading that RSD patients have a slower emptying of gastric contents then do normal people. Thus we get sick, nausea, vomiting, dirhea, constipation. Usually an egd will not show anything.

Most of us are on meds that exacerbate these issues, too! Add in the temperature regulation issues, and I often couldn't figure out if I had the flu until another symptom kicked in (like a sore throat.)

It is Miserable having to deal with those issues all the time! And there's only so much time your docs can spend on your care--so this was one of those things that was easy to put off dealing with.

For natural fiber, I eat apples, raw carrots, and make homemade refried beans with lard.
