We are worried about you. Please take your meds. Whenever I've stopped taking meds,my emotions,and worries start to increase. Please don't let anyone tell you that your problems are because you are on medications. That's happened to me.

I hope that you are OK. I'm hanging in there. I'm taking my meds,eating,and going to councillers. I'm a little tired. I think that it's the hot weather. BF

I've been away offline moving house and with lots of changes in my life. I'm sorry I've not checked in more but haven't been able to do that. I hope that waves lets someone know that all is ok there for her.
